You’ll soon be able to get more than just ice cream again at the Made by Marcus space in Wîhkwêntôwin, with a new pop-up restaurant taking over the former Wilfred’s space for the remainder of the year.
Vagabond Pop-ups will open for dinner service on Saturday, Oct. 3, and run through January. Wilfred’s, the brunch spot that previously occupied the restaurant, closed in late June.
Vagabond has already spent some time at the space this summer, hosting one-off events including its Room Service event, but this time it’s sticking around for a few months.
The residency will run Thursday through Sunday from 5 to 11 p.m., with reservations available online and some space kept for walk-ins.

As for what’s on the menu, Vagabond says it will change throughout the residency and feature seasonal ingredients, classic dishes, and some Vagabond favourites. The bar will also offer a selection of wine, beer, and classic cocktails, along with occasional special events and wine collaborations.
