“We’ve had such a great time, we’ve decided The Hub will keep running with Beb’s Bagels andĀ Balay Coffee until further notice,” said the team behind The Hub on Instagram. “Each brand will continue to experiment and evolve their offerings and hours based on your feedback.”
The team also added that they are looking for a third business to join its small family.
Just after the announcement of its extension, Balay Coffee has released a new fall menu with delicious new drinks.
Some highlight items being featured are the Kalabasa, Balay Coffee’s version of a pumpkin spice latte, its spin on a salted caramel latte called Patis Karamel, and a Tustado to keep people warm and cozy during the cold months.
Balay Coffee is open every day from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., while Beb’s Bagels makes an appearance Friday through Sunday, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Though its stay is extended into September, The Hub still acts as a pop-up, so don’t miss your chance to grab a bite and take a sip of these mouthwatering treats.
