Canada's largest pickle festival is finally coming to Edmonton next year
It’s National Pickle Day, and with it comes an exciting announcement for all pickle fans.
Canada’s premier pickle festival, Picklefest Canada, is coming to Edmonton. Whether it’s brined, fermented, cured, marinated or preserved, all things pickled will be on full display at Picklefest Edmonton.
Originating in Toronto, Picklefest has since expanded to Vancouver, attracting foodies, craft beverage lovers, and pickle enthusiasts alike with a day of pickle-based festivities. It has even been expanding further following its sold-out events, having just announced its Calgary 2026 event before Edmonton.
The festival will hit Edmonton on Saturday, Oct. 17, 2026, celebrating all the best pickled, brined, and delicious eats.
Featured at the festival will be all the pickle-inspired eats you can imagine, the best craft beverages from around the block, live music, local vendors, and exclusive Picklefest Canada favourites. Some of the favourites include the ever-so-popular Pickle Beer, Solly’s Craft Soda Pickle and Lime, and its signature “Show Us Your Pickle” Home Pickling Competition.
