The restaurant lineup includes Chick-fil-A, Jersey Mike’s Subs, OEB Breakfast Co., Taco Bell, Shelby’s Canada, Hi Yogurt, and Midori Ramen.
While many of these restaurants may already be familiar to you, the new Hi Yogurt location will mark the brand’s first expansion into Western Canada, while Ontario-founded shawarma chain Shelby’s Canada will open its first Edmonton-area location at the plaza.
The new development is located near the Anthony Henday at Baseline Road and Broadmoor Boulevard, on a nearly nine-acre parcel of land.
Plans call for approximately 76,000 square feet of retail space across seven buildings, along with 420 surface parking stalls. The buildings range in size from about 2,500 square feet to more than 30,000 square feet.
The project was previously described as having space for a big-box anchor, which will now be occupied by The Brick, along with a mix of retail, professional services, and drive-thru restaurants.
The developer said more tenant announcements and construction updates are expected as the plaza continues to take shape.
Ever on Baseline has an anticipated completion date of 2027.
