Edmontonians were thrilled to hear that Lauren Kyle McDavid would be launching some new ventures in the city: a curated furniture showroom, Trove Living and Bar Trove.
Opening in the Canada Permanent Building this spring, Kyle McDavid and business partner Brittany Schulz told Dished they were passionate about creating a space that brings people together.
“Bar Trove felt like a natural extension of Trove Living – giving people a place to gather, experience beautiful design, and enjoy incredible food and drinks in a curated setting,” they said.

Popular Edmonton brewery Campio is gearing up to open a second outpost in the city this spring. It will be taking over the space previously home to Biera.
“From Biera to Campio Ritchie, with honour and gratitude, we carry forward the legacy of craft excellence that @biera_yeg has built. This is more than a transition — it’s a tribute to continued community, kindred creativity, and the relentless pursuit of great food and beer,” the brewery said in an Instagram post.
