It’s been a warm start to September in Edmonton, but the forecast hints at a significant weather change on the way for our city soon.
According to Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC), the seven-day forecast is showing a serious cooldown as we hit the weekend, going from daytime highs in the mid-to-upper-20s to lower-20s and a subsequent dip into the teens.
A string of days filled with showers and rain is also on tap, with a drenched weekend and start to the upcoming work week in the forecast.
If you got tickets to Morgan Wallen at Commonwealth Stadium this weekend, we’re sure you’re keeping a close eye on when that rain may arrive.
