Popular bubble tea shop Truedan just opened a new location in Calgary, bringing its boba goodness and elixirs to Southcentre Mall.

Truedan (aka Jenjudan) originated in Taipei and is one of Taiwan’s most popular bubble tea purveyors. The brand opened its first Calgary location at #18 1015 Centre Street NW in November 2020, and has since launched a second shop at 10B 6219 Centre Street NW. The company has now expanded to include its third bubble tea spot in the city.

The “master of brown sugar drinks” just opened at Southcentre Mall (100 Anderson Road SE, Calgary) and is serving up delicious boba and other beverages from the south Calgary location.

Truedan remains committed to turning their bubble tea into “elixirs”. After a year of continuous experiments and refinements, the boba shop has developed the perfect 0.85-centimetre bite-size bubble. Bubbles are then bathed in hand-cooked brown sugar and served with milk from carefully selected independent dairy farms.

In addition to their brown sugar milk drinks, the bubble tea hotspot serves up fresh fruit teas, tea lattes, macchiatos, lemonades, and more.

The new Truedan is situated in Southcentre’s Centre Court, in close proximity to Mr. Pretzels for the ultimate snack break while you shop.
