Wood-fired pizza place Parm now open, and they've got breakfast pizzas
YYC, you have a new pizza option to check out! Parm opened their doors recently in Victoria Park, serving up wood-fired pizzas, pastas, and grab-and-go selections.
Situated in the former Amantea spot at 1207 1st Street SW, Parm uses apple wood sourced from BC’s Okanagan to fuel their in-house forno (oven) for their Neapolitan pizzas. With housemade sauce, Parm prides themselves on their selection of ingredients that aim to not bog down your airy crust.
And, because pizza is awesome any time of day, Parm is now serving breakfast every weekday, and you know what that means: Breakfast Pizza!

Parm offers small pizzas (pizzette) and a street-food inspired folded flatbread (piadina) that is like a sandwich meets quesadilla on their breakfast menus, and all selections are $6 or less. Plus, they open at 7 am Monday through Friday, so you can stop in to grab a little morning ‘za before work. Bella!
For the evenings, in addition to pizza, you will also find big bowls of pasta (with plenty of their namesake Parmesan!), charcuterie, and an open-faced meatball parmigiana sandwich.
Look for special events, too, like their ticketed Italian Happy Hour, full of food, drinks, and fun.
Parm is open Monday through Wednesday from 7 am to 8 pm, Thursday and Friday from 7 am to 10 pm, and Saturday from noon to 10 pm.
