Meat & Bread's epic Turducken Sandwich is coming for the 2017 Christmas season
This is the first year the Calgary location of Meat & Bread will be debuting their infamous, limited-time only holiday Turducken Sandwich – and YYC, you best be ready for a treat.
This once-a-year culinary masterpiece combines a chicken in a duck in a turkey – perfectly seasoned and prepped to perfection, carved and placed in a fresh ciabatta bun with jalapeno cranberry mustard, pickled red cabbage, arugula, and brown butter sage and apple jus.
We have all the important Turducken dates – so get ready to mark you calendars, because if this offering is as in-demand as it has been the past few years in Vancouver (where the shop was founded), there’s definitely going to be a line up.
