McDonald’s announces it's reopening dining rooms across Calgary

Jul 9 2020, 5:16 pm

If you’ve been missing eating your Big Mac and fries from McDonald’s as soon as an employee places your tray on the counter, get excited. The chain has announced it will be reopening its dining rooms across Calgary.

The brand has already reintroduced takeout services, but dine-in had been suspended up until now.

McDonald’s says it will be welcoming guests back gradually at locations across YYC. Added safeguards such as protective screens and hand sanitizer dispensers have been installed among other precautionary measures and policies.

So there you have it. No need to throw your McDonald’s bag in your car and race home anymore if you don’t want to.

If you’re looking for some delicious local (and plant-based) fast food in YYC, be sure to check out the city’s soon-to-be-open new burger and shake joint.
