Calgary's new vegan fast food joint "V Burger" slated to open July 11

Calgary, we hope you are ready for some plant-based fast-food goodness, because V Burger is officially opening this coming weekend.

The new 819 17 Avenue SW joint is set to welcome its first customers on Saturday, July 11, at 11 am.

V Burger will offer patrons 100% plant-based grub such as burgers, fries, and drool-worthy milkshakes, sundaes, soft serve cones, and even cookie ice cream sandos.

This spot opens just one hour earlier than another new spot on 17th Avenue, Element Cafe. That cafe opens at noon on July 11, so if you are up for a foodie crawl of YYC’s newest spots, it’s truly the perfect situation.

You can find V Burger open in Calgary Sunday to Thursday from 11 am to 10 pm and Friday and Saturday from 11 am to 11 pm.
