You’ve heard of hot yoga, and you’ve heard of yin yoga — but there’s one version of the exercise that you won’t find at your downtown studio.
Goat yoga is on offer at Granary Road Market this spring, bringing together a day at the petting zoo with a seriously stretchy workout.

The event has been a hit in the past, with classes constantly selling out to all the people who are hoping to achieve zen alongside a herd of baby goats.
The next available class is for this upcoming Saturday, April 7 from noon to 1 pm, where you’ll get a full class of yoga for $20.
“Join us in our Greenhouse where you can de-stress and experience yoga like never before,” the event description reads.
“Our baby goats are curious, friendly, and playful!”
Baby goats are known to climb anything they can, so get ready for a little added weight — and a little friend on your back — when you’re doing that downward dog!
