A man has been arrested and charged by the Calgary Police Service on two counts of indecent exposure.

According to a release from CPS, 55-year-old Frank Noskey of Carstairs was arrested on Monday following an investigation that was sparked by a report from early-May.

At around 6:30 am on Saturday, May 12, multiple victims were driving on Stoney Trail towards the Peigan Trail turnoff when Noskey allegedly paralleled the minivan he was driving to the victim’s car and exposed his genitals to them.

The release states that the victims attempted to get the van’s license plate number, but were unsuccessful as the suspect then swerved off the road and onto Peigan Trail.

Police released a composite sketch of the suspect a week ago in the hopes of receiving more tips, which led to another woman coming forward about a similar incident that had occurred on May 22, in which she had obtained the suspect’s license plate number.

Police were able to track down the license plate and arrested Noskey, who was then charged with two counts of indecent exposure on Monday.
