When looking at all home sales across Calgary in April, these six neighbourhoods saw an average of days on the market of two weeks or less, as indicated by the digital real estate platform Wahi. That’s pretty speedy!

These were the fastest-selling neighbourhoods in Calgary in April:
- Mayland Heights, with an average days on the market of 10.
- Woodbine, with an average days on the market of 12.
- Mount Pleasant, with an average days on the market of 12.
- North Glenmore Park, with an average days on the market of 13.
- Braeside, with an average days on the market of 13.
- Strathcona Park, with an average days on the market of 14.
Out of these neighbourhoods, North Glenmore Park had the highest median sold price of $1,091,200, making it the priciest community on this list. Inversely, Braeside was the most affordable, with a median sold price of $475,000.
