The property, Terre Blanche, took four years to build at the tune of $15 million, according to to conciergeauctions.com, so if you manage to be the only bidder you’re actually walking away with quite the steal.

The 17,610-sq-ft mansion features 10 bedrooms, 14 bathrooms, a private theater, multiple kitchens, an elevator, and a gym — and by that we don’t mean a workout room (which it does also have), we’re talking a full-blown gymnasium.

Bidding opens on November 25 at 6 pm, and open houses are by appointment only.
