These five Calgary neighbourhoods have homes selling the fastest

If you’re on the hunt for a home in Calgary, you might want to act fast. Five of the city’s neighbourhoods have homes flying off the market in less than four weeks.
The digital real estate platform Wahi just released its November 2025 report on the fastest and slowest selling neighbourhoods with at least five sales.

Here were the five fastest-selling neighbourhoods in Calgary this past November:
- Scenic Acres, with an average of 14 days on the market
- Rutland Park, with an average of 21 days on the market
- Queensland, with an average of 24 days on the market
- Renfrew, with an average of 25 days on the market
- McKenzie Lake, with an average of 25 days on the market
Scenic Acres took the top spot on the list, with homes being taken off the market in only two weeks. Last month, Falcon Ridge was the fastest-selling neighbourhood, with an average of 14 days on the market.
McKenzie Lake was the only neighbourhood to return to the list this month; however, last month, it was seeing homes get taken off the market in just 20 days.
On the other end of the list, some homes are taking months to sell. Here are the five slowest-selling neighbourhoods in Calgary this past November:
- Eau Claire, with an average of 134 days on the market
- Downtown West End, with an average of 112 days on the market
- Forest Lawn, with an average of 106 days on the market
- Downtown Commercial Core, with an average of 86 days on the market
- Inglewood, with an average of 88 days on the market
Eau Claire also took the second spot on Wahi’s list of the most expensive neighbourhoods in Calgary last month, with a median sold price of $1,169,450. The neighbourhood was also the slowest-selling neighbourhood last month, with an average of 80 days on the market.
