These 10 neighbourhoods are the most expensive in Calgary right now

A November real estate report just revealed the most expensive neighbourhoods in Calgary, and two of them have median sold prices of over $1 million.
The digital real estate platform Wahi just released its November real estate report, and it revealed the 10 most expensive and cheapest neighbourhoods in the city.
Here are the 10 most expensive neighbourhoods in Calgary as of November 2025:
- Discovery Ridge, with a median sold price of $1,189,000
- Eau Claire, with a median sold price of $1,169,450
- Hamptons, with a median sold price of $910,494
- West Hillhurst, with a median sold price of $899,300
- Banff Trail, with a median sold price of $880,000
- McKenzie Lake, with a median sold price of $880,000
- Springbank Hill, with a median sold price of $867,500
- Capitol Hill, with a median sold price of $857,000
- Mount Pleasant, with a median sold price of $856,500
- Lake Bonavista, with a median sold price of $832,500
Discovery Ridge took the top spot this month with a median sold price of $1,189,000. The neighbourhood made the list last month in spot number eight, with a median sold price of $889,300.Â
West Hillhurst was also in the number for spot last month, but with a median sold price of $1,025,000. Springbank Hill was the third most expensive neighbourhood last month, with a median sold price of $1,085,000, a significant price difference from this month.
On the other hand, Wahi also revealed Calgary’s least expensive neighbourhoods, and all were under $360,000. Here are the 10 least expensive neighbourhoods in Calgary as of November 2025:
- Haysboro, with a median sold price of $275,000
- Somerset, with a median sold price of $276,000
- Lower Mount Royal, with a median sold price of $299,000
- Crescent Heights, with a median sold price of $308,750
- Downtown East Village, with a median sold price of $311,750
- Spruce Cliff, with a median sold price of $314,050
- Bridgeland-Riverside, with a median sold price of $328,000
- Downtown West End, with a median sold price of $330,000
- Hillhurst, with a median sold price of $342,500
- Sage Hill, with a median sold price of $353,750
Last month, Bankview took the top spot with a median sold price of just $185,000. Downtown East Village remained relatively consistent, jumping from $310,000 last month to only $311,750 this month.Â
