LouLou

What: Maurice Pialat’s 1980 film Loulou casts emergent stars Isabelle Huppert and Gérard Depardieu as ill-suited and combative lovers from what one might call opposite sides of the track. The presentation of Loulou will include a short introduction and lecture by Calgary Cinematheque board member Jason Wierzba.

What: An exploration of consent, accountability, memory and attraction.
