Popular dumpling shop concept has just opened a new Calgary location
Brooklyn Dumpling Shop has been slowly expanding across Alberta, one restaurant at a time. However, the popular dumpling spot is stepping it up a notch, opening a brand-new Calgary location.
Shortly after opening on the bustling 17th Avenue, Brooklyn Dumpling Shop has just opened its latest outpost in Marda Loop.
The concept offers dozens of unique dumpling flavours made in Alberta, including Korean BBQ, mac and cheese, Reuben, lamb gyro, and even dessert dumplings.
However, if you’re more of a dumpling traditionalist, the spot also serves pork and kimchi, as well as Wagyu beef. Brooklyn Dumpling Shop also offers bowls, chicken sandwiches, and more.
Brooklyn Dumpling Shop is one of the latest food establishments to move into Marda Loop, with spots such as the newly opened Doughnut Party and the highly anticipated new Central restaurant set to open in the neighbourhood.
