Calgary breakfast restaurant, known for its epic sandwiches, opens a new location

A popular Calgary breakfast spot has just opened a new location in Calgary’s Beltline.

Bro’Kin Yolk Express has opened a brand-new location at Calgary’s first digital food hall, Kitchen Hub, in the Beltline, almost a year after closing a location in the area.

Formerly known as Bro’s To Go, Bro’Kin Yolk Express serves up Filipino-inspired dishes, including a huge selection of deliciously stacked breakfast sandwiches, featuring everything from braised short ribs, house-cured bacon, house-made longanisa pork patties, and more.

Bro’Kin Yolk Express is Kitchen Hub’s second restaurant partner, joining plant-based Nan’s Noodle House. Touting itself as “Canada’s first digital food hall,” Kitchen Hub allows diners to order dishes from multiple restaurants all on one order.

Rather than a traditional food hall with seating, customers will be able to order at Kitchen Hub in person, on its website or through third-party delivery apps.

To ensure the experience is authentic, all food is prepared by each restaurant’s own chefs using their own ingredients and recipes, so the dishes are always on point.

Bro’Kin Yolk Express’ Beltline outpost will be open from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily.
