Calgary cafe that was forced to close is set to reopen in a new location

A long-standing Calgary cafe that closed its doors earlier this year will soon be reopening in a new location.
Just a few months after closing in Edworthy Park, Angel’s Cafe has revealed it will be opening up a new location, just outside of Calgary.
The spot will be opening its newest outpost inside Irvine Tack & Western Wear, Canada’s largest western store. Construction is underway, with Angel’s hoping to open by June.
“If you’ve ever been to Angel’s in their 28 years of business in Calgary, you’d know they are famous for great food, tasty drinks, and a community feeling like no other! We are excited to have them share that experience with us, right here in-store,” Irvine said in a Facebook post.
In February, Angel’s Cafe was forced to close its Edworthy Park location after 28 years due to the Bearspaw feeder replacement project.
