Good news, foodies. A new food and beverage concept is coming to Vancouver … and Metro Vancouver … and West Vancouver.

Japanese spot Zubu has four BC locations set to open in the next little while, and two of them will be opening in Vancouver on May 30 for both pickup and delivery to start.

Zubu will be opening a ramen bar outpost inĀ Kerrisdale atĀ 2129 W 41st Avenue, and a “food hall” concept in Olympic Village atĀ 159 W 4th Avenue.

Zubu will also be opening its Burnaby ramen bar on May 30 (4575 Central Boulevard M01), and it is slated to open its Park Royal location later this June.

This new spot offers authentic Japanese ramen, hand-made gyoza, and fresh temaki.

You can check out their full menu online and see what we’re in for.
