A 65-year-old woman is in the hospital after being struck by possibly two vehicles.
According to an email from the Vancouver Police Department (VPD), the accident took place in the area of Victoria Drive and 43rd Avenue.
Tania Visintin, Media Relations Officer for the VPD, says that the woman was struck “by possibly two vehicles.”
An ambulance arrived on the scene and rushed the victim to hospital, where she remains in serious condition.
Both drivers remained on the scene and are reportedly cooperating with police. The VPD’s Collision Investigation Unit is now at the scene, although it’s unclear what caused the crash.
