Three people stabbed during 3 am fight on Granville strip

Vancouver Police are investigating an early morning altercation on Granville Street that has sent four people to hospital, and three of them are in serious condition.

According to the VPD, the incident occurred just after 3 am on October 20 and involved two groups of men and women in their 20s and early 30s.

The incident took place on the busy Vancouver strip near Helmcken Street and involved a fight that left three individuals with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.

A fourth person was also transported to the hospital with minor injuries but has since been released.

Several arrests have been made already and the investigation remains on-going.

“Our investigators are working diligently to piece the evidence together and are hopeful that criminal charges will soon be laid,” says Sergeant Jason Robillard of the Vancouver Police.
