On Wednesday morning, Vancouver’s Olympic Cauldron at Jack Poole Plaza was re-lit to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games.
Well over 100 Vancouverites attended the celebration, some dressed in red and white. Many of the people there also volunteered during the Winter Games, marked by the bright blue jackets in the crowd.
Mercedes Nicoll, a four-time Olympic snowboarder, and Jennifer Heil, a three-time Olympic skier, also joined the festivities.
