Jan 20 2021, 8:24 pm

Metro Vancouver could be seeing some much-needed sunshine starting today.

Environment Canada is calling for mainly sunny skies across the Lower Mainland from now until Saturday.

Wednesday and Thursday’s forecast includes a mix of sun and clouds, although there’s a 30% chance of showers on Thursday morning. Both Friday and Saturday are expected to be mainly sunny as well.

Anyone looking to take advantage of the outdoors will need to bundle up though, as temperatures will drop to below average later this week with daytime highs between 4°C and 7°C, and overnight lows between -2°C and 3°C.
