Disco Dumplings at Burdock & Co

This weekly series features a savoury dumpling menu, DJ Chris Allen spinning vinyl, and a flashy disco ball setting the mood. Plates are $10, and guests can choose from an assortment of decadent dumplings, including nettle and ricotta with wild greens and pork and burdock with charred chili sauce.

Dine Railtown

Nine Railtown eateries like Ask For Luigi, The Belgard Kitchen, and The Mackenzie Room will offer an exclusive feature from November 1 to 30 with proceeds from the sale of each item earmarked for programming at the Powell Street Getaway, a peer-led resource centre that supports people living with chronic illnesses, addictions, and/or mental health challenges.

Ancora Caviar Festival

Ancora’s fifth-annual Caviar Festival will take place at its Ambleside and False Creek locations from November 1 to 30. Dishes are available both à la carte and as part of a tasting menu for $69 per person.

Campari Presents Dante NYC at Homer St. Café

Dante NYC will be coming to Yaletown’s Homer St. Café and bar for a takeover November 1 to 5 from 6 to 10 pm nightly. The internationally acclaimed cafe was founded all the way back in 1915. It will bring its seasonal menu of specialties and aperitivo-style drinks (think Campari cocktails — Aperol Spritz and Classic Negronis served from a fountain) to Homer St. for five days only.
