First Winemaker’s Dinner at The Victor
The Victor, is hosting winemaker Serge Laville of Spring Valley Vineyard for an exclusive evening of fine wine and unique culinary creations. Guests will enjoy five delicious courses, each paired with a wine from Chateau Ste. Michelle and Spring Valley Vinyard, including a red wine risotto, crispy-skin Fraser Valley duck breast with white asparagus, a char-broiled American eye of wagyu ribeye, and a blood orange marmalade cheesecake.
