2nd Annual Richmond Cherry Blossom Festival

- What: The festival, situated right beside the Fraser River, includes a day full of traditional Japanese music, dance performances, as well as traditional Japanese food and activities. Two stages at the festival will be dedicated to traditional Japanese dance, Taiko drumming, and feature a number of talented musicians. As expected, there will be plenty of space to sit and eat by the cherry blossom trees.

Stand Up For Mental Health 2018 Spring Class Debut
- What: Founded by the award-winning counsellor and stand-up comic David Granirer, Stand Up For Mental Health teaches stand-up comedy to people with mental health issues. This show takes a hilarious look at the lighter side of taking meds, dealing with addictions, seeing counsellors, getting diagnosed, and surviving the mental health system. This show features Granirer, the 2018 spring class, and psychiatrist Judy Allen.

Historic Walking Tours – Hudson’s Bay Company Farm
- What: Join a costumed guide for a walk through the town of Fort Langley. You will discover how the land would have looked outside the walls, and what major changes have affected the landscape of the neighbourhood. Tours are included with site admission.
