10 things to do in Vancouver this week: June 8 to 14

What: CMMN GRND is Vancouver’s newest fitness studio that focuses on inclusion for all bodies. The studio focuses on taking a “holistic and realistic approach” to health and wellbeing. “A forging of togetherness is at the basis of CMMN GRND’s values, with community at the focus of their ethos. They stand in unity with the lives of all black, Indigenous and POC folx and celebrate Pride by hosting three donation ($20 recommended donations accepted in-house by cash/card) classes this week in support of Trans Resiliency Fund. This organization focuses on these minority groups by providing emergency funding,” writes Avneet Takhar on behalf of CMMN GRND.
