Staggering Vancouver Aritzia Warehouse Sale lineup started last night
Another Aritzia Warehouse Sale is upon us, and like clockwork, it has spawned a lineup in Vancouver as far as the eye can see.
Today isn’t even the official opening day for the sale, which makes the feat even more remarkable, as today is just a friends and family event. The official opening for the sale is tomorrow.
We saw some crazy lineups in Vancouver for the sale last year, but some people are claiming that the lineups are even longer this year. If true, that’s quite the feat considering last year’s lineup was allegedly over 1 km long.
Some people camped out for the event, according to social media posts.

Another post on X suggests that people were lining up as early as 9 p.m.!

A Reddit discussion on the Vancouver subreddit has some people wondering what all the fuss is about.
“I will NEVER understand this,” one user said.
Others did understand.
“I mean, people stand in line for an hour and a half for some eggs and a waffle. At least in this case, you end up with something that will stay with you longer.”
Some suggested it’s not worth waiting in line for since you’ll find the same stuff if you wait a few days for the hype to die down. Despite the lineups, some who waited last year said it was worth it.
