If you’re looking to travel back in time to an era when drive-in movie theatres were commonplace, you’re in luck: Metro Vancouver’s only drive-in is coming back for its 2020 season.
Located at 260th Street and Fraser Highway in Langley, The Twilight Drive-In returns this month for showings on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays – rain or shine.
This weekend (March 6 to March 8), the theatre will be showing two films: Disney and Pixar’s Onward (at 7:20 pm) and The Call of the Wild (at 9:20 pm).
In addition to being a favourite summer spot, the Twilight Drive-In was also featured in Season 1 of CW’s Riverdale. Jughead Jones, played by Cole Sprouse, lived at the theatre before it was torn down in a later episode.
