Editorial note September 30, 2020: Tutto reopened on September 25.

Tutto Restaurant & Bar in Yaletown has temporarily shut its doors due to a guest who had COVID-19, the eatery tells Daily Hive.

The 901 Homer Street restaurant released a statement outlining the reasoning for its closure.

We have been informed by Vancouver Coastal Health of a Covid-19 exposure from a guest who dined with us on September 3rd. We continue to work in full cooperation with Vancouver Coastal Health, who have been in touch with the individuals that were in contact with the guest. Those who had close contact have been directed to self-isolate and self-monitor for symptoms.

We are being especially cautious as we undergo an intensive sanitation process and reinforce Covid safety procedures. These are difficult times and we all must follow the recommendations given to us by Vancouver Coastal Health. Nothing means more to us than the health and safety of our staff, guests and community. We look forward to welcoming back our Tutto team and guests.

Tutto officially opened at the end of August, and no reopening date has been set yet.
