A birria burger pop-up is happening in Vancouver this weekend
Here’s another top-notch collab to add to your to-eat list: Top Rope Birria and Between 2 Buns Burgers.
The two popular local purveyors are launching “The Birria Burger” on Saturday, July 10 at 105 E Pender in Vancouver.
This morsel will be available from 2 pm until they sell out, only 300 will be made so be sure to mark your calendar and get these goods.

You can now find the truck open four days a week serving its signature beef and veggie quesabirria every Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

On Tuesdays, Top Rope sets up shop at The Birds and The Beets in Gastown. Sundays it’s Strange Fellows Brewing from noon to 4 pm.
Fridays and Saturdays the truck will rotate. Be sure to check out its Instagram for dates, times, and locations.
