This place makes Mac & Cheese Waffles and people are losing their minds
There was a time when we thought Honey Salt’s epic society cake was the most drool-worthy thing you could bite into at Parq Vancouver, but we spoke too soon.
The Mac & Cheese Waffle at The Victor (the last of Parq’s five restaurants to open) pretty much takes the cake when it comes to comfort food worth leaving the house for.

This creation is made by melting a five-cheese blend of ooey gooey house-made mac and cheese between a fresh-grilled waffle. If that wasn’t enough already, the waffle (which is cut into quarters) is served with a cheese fondue sauce.
Pro tip: it’s also killer with ketchup – you can choose your own condiment journey with this one.
