'The Bakery' is Port Moody's newest must-try brewery
If you’re a well-seasoned beer lover living in Metro Vancouver, then you’ve definitely hit up Port Moody’s ‘Brewers Row,’ and if you’re really experienced, you’ve probably done it a few times.

Up until recently, this BC Ale ‘Micro-Trail’ featured four breweries on a three-block stretch – Twin Sails, Yellow Dog, Parkside, and Moody Ales.
This summer a new kid on the block arrived, and we highly recommend going if you haven’t already.
The Bakery Brewing Co. is located at 2617 Murray Street (in between Parkside and Moody Ales), and it’s a refreshing, modern space that screams more hip eatery than a brewery, but we’re certainly not complaining.
The Bakery posts a sunny beer-hall style front patio, and inside it has tables and cushioned booths (yes, comfy cushions) that beg brew lovers to sit down, stay awhile, and soak in the muted colour palette and sleek floorplan.
Specializing in sours, barrel-aged, and small-batch beer, this spot is all about “experimenting with styles, methods, and local ingredients.”
Folks can expect a variety of beers from light clean ales and lagers, to IPAs, mixed fermentations, and kettle sours too.
Check out what’s on tap and be sure to stop in here to see what’s cooking.
The tasting room is open Sunday from 11 to 9 pm, Monday and Tuesday from 3 to 10 pm, Wednesday and Thursday from 1 to 10 pm, and Friday and Saturday from 11 am to 11 pm.
