Boasting an elevated menu of European-inspired local fare like grilled octopus, bone marrow, and crab cakes, there’s truly something for everyone at this West Vancouver spot, owned by Executive Chef Faizal Kassam.

Known for its use of free range, organic, and antibiotic free ingredients, Terroir Kitchen sources all of its ingredients from local farmers, fishermen, and purveyors in BC.

Some of the larger plates here include grilled skirt steak and 60-day aged rib eye, along with drool-worthy sides such as grilled focaccia and crispy fingerlings potatoes.

Pair those solid eats with a rotating selection of hand-made specials and you’re really in for a delicious time at the cosy North Shore restaurant.

The best part? The high brow grub without the high brow pretention – the atmosphere here is a welcoming one, so feel free to come as you are. We also recommend you check out their weekend brunch.
