Until Tacofino Gastown unveiled their new lineup of burritos, November kind of sucked.

But now, the month that has no official cheery celebrations has become totally bearable, because we’ve got new burritos to sink our teeth into, and that’s enough to keep us going until the holidays.

Vancouver’s favourite family of restaurants never disappoints with its new additions, so naturally we are pretty pumped to get our hands on these overstuffed bundles of goodness.

Only available at Tacofino Gastown Burrito Bar, the new burritos include the following:

Tofu Kimchi (crispy tofu, kimchi, soy beans, cilantro, rice, sesame marinade)

Chorizo (roasted potatoes, chorizo, feta, chipotle crema, salsa roja, pickled onion, romaine, rice)

Beet and Cauliflower (marinated beets, pickled caulifower, apricot mostarda, pumpkin seeds, arugula, rice)

Curried Beef (braised beef, coconut sun chokes, arugula, crispy shallots, rice, white beans)

Shrimp (crispy shrimp, veracruz roasted vegetables, kidney beans, herbs, rice, arugula, chipotle mayo)

All of these would pair nicely with their new Diablo Cookie Porter as well, because cookies and beer go with everything – it’s science.

If you need a little something more to keep you toasty this winter, Tacofino Gastown also offers a Baja Squash Soup, a creamy combo of spiced squash soup, queso fresca, lime crema, crispy chickpeas, pumpkin seeds.

With new seasonal bites like these, you’ll find us hanging out at this joint around the clock.
