Soon Coffee slated to open in The Amazing Brentwood in April
Some concepts have cancelled plans to open at The Amazing Brentwood, but Soon Coffee certainly hasn’t. The team behind Calgary’s popular family of cafes, Monogram Coffee, is launching Soon Coffee in Burnaby officially next month.
Back in November, Monogram and Soon’s co-founder Jeremy Ho told Dished Vancouver the goal was to bring affordable, high-quality coffee to TABLES Food Hall at The Amazing Brentwood.
While Monogram’s name already packs some serious punch in the Canadian coffee world, Soon is going to be something entirely new for the team, Ho told us.

Soon Coffee will be opening in the food court as an island to-go bar with 360-degree coffee service.
The new concept will offer $2 drip coffee alongside a simple menu of easy-to-understand and delicious varieties of coffee.
Ho says folks can expect espresso-based drinks at lower prices than you’d find at a local chain.
In addition to beverages, Soon will offer Lee’s Donuts, vegan treats from To Live For, fresh-pressed juices from The Juice Truck, and bags of beans to use at home too.
Eventually, fresh-baked Dope Bakehouse croissants will be up for order as well.
Soon Coffee is slated to open on Monday, April 5, 2021. It will be open daily from 6 am to 6 pm.
