Best dressed rugby fans on Day 1 of Canada Sevens 2019 (PHOTOS)

Move over Halloween.

In its fourth year, the HSBC Canada Sevens tournament solidified itself as the best costume party of the year.

The play on the field was exciting, the energy in the stadium was electric, but more importantly, the costumes in the stands delivered on every level.
