These are the five cheapest homes for sale in Vancouver right now

Vancouver boasts one of the most unaffordable markets for Canadian homebuyers, making cheaper options increasingly elusive — and precious.

Despite the COVID-19 pandemic, home sales across British Columbia grew by 36% in 2020 — reaching a total of $73.5 billion.

Amongst all the multi-million dollar listings, Vancouver still has some affordable options for prospective buyers.

Real estate marketing platform Roomvu has rounded up five recently listed homes for sale in and around the city that won’t break the bank.
