Rocky Mountaineer’s first-ever Dine Out event sold out in a flash, and now you’ve got the chance to get in on an additional seating that was just added to this coveted shindig.
The Rail Car Pop-Up will give diners a chance to experience Rocky Mountaineer’s luxury cuisine aboard the train, which will remain in the station for this event.
This is a one of a kind experience since it’s the only time that guests can live it up in the train without purchasing a pricey trip through the Rockies.
Attendees can expect a welcome beverage to start in the GoldLeaf railcar (which is customary on a Rocky Mountaineer train journey), and after exploring the bi-level, glass-domed train car, diners can dig into a three-course meal prepared by Rocky Mountaineer’s culinary team.

Dishes include a Chef’s Seasonal Soup or a Chef’s Fresh Seasonal Salad, diner’s choice of Steelhead Salmon, Beef Short Ribs, or Farmers Market Risotto, and for dessert, a Decadent Chocolate Brownie served with warm fudge sauce and vanilla ice cream.
The menu was inspired by the Western Canadian regions the train travels through, so guests can find delight in both the cuisine presented and the hosts who will be sharing some amazing Canadian stories and tales along the way. Meals will include wine and beer, and there are also vegetarian options.
Remember, this is one of Dine Out’s most highly-anticipated 2018 events, so if you want to attend you’ve got to act fast.
