Rain is in Vancouver's forecast for the entire long weekend

Have those umbrellas ready because rain is in the forecast for Vancouver this long weekend.

According to Environment Canada, the rain kicks off Friday and will continue throughout Saturday and Sunday with a few sunny breaks.

The plus side is that weekend temperatures are expected to reach 19°C.

Any hint of sunshine will be gone by Monday as the rain returns for the remainder of the week.

Luckily there are plenty of events happening around the city this long weekend. So grab that umbrella and make the best of it!
