The UBC Central location of Rain or Shine officially opens today
The highly-anticipated Rain or Shine UBC location is officially opening today, July 14, at noon.

Daily Hive got the scoop from the local and beloved parlour’s owner, Josie Fenton, who said after spending weeks doing finishing touches to the new 600 square-foot spot in UBC’s U Boulevard neighbourhood, it’s finally ready.
Patrons can expect the exact same flavours they love from the Kits and Cambie locations of the parlour, along with weekly features like Taco Tuesday as well.
This spot, located at the base of the Central rental residency tower, is conveniently just steps away from the bus loop.
The hours here will be the same as the other Rain or Shine locations as well – noon to 10 pm daily.
With Rain or Shine now open for business, UBC has already gotten a huge foodie boost – this is the best Fri-Yay ever.
This spot will be eventually joined by six other purveyors including JJ Bean, Bao Down, Jamjar and Joe Pizza.
