Puro Chile is officially open in Vancouver's West End

Puro Chile, a new Chilean fast food restaurant, just opened in Vancouver.

The fresh 1101 Denman Street spot took over the former location of Fat Burger in the West End, which closed in late 2020.

According to its website, Puro was ” born after the need of Chilean food in Vancouver” and it offers traditional dishes and drinks such as churrascos, chorrillanas, pisco sour, jote, borgoña, and more.

Find this new concept open daily from 11 am to 9 am.
