Vancouver's new micro roastery 'Prototype Coffee' has quietly opened its doors

Vancouver’s newest cafe and micro roastery, Prototype Coffee, has quietly opened its doors today.

The 883 E Hastings Street spot is located in Strathcona close to the Downtown Eastside, and it’s currently operating under a soft opening.

Prototype offers patrons “unique, beautiful, and traceable coffees,” which are roasted on owner Matt Johnson’s Aillio Bullet R1.

You can head in now until Sunday from 9 am to 3 pm and check this new spot out.
