If you live in Metro Vancouver you are likely familiar with the Vancouver-based family of coffee spots Prado Cafe and their sister eatery Spade.

The time has almost come for Prado’s fifth location to officially open on June 25.

Located in the Civic Hotel in Surrey, the 1,500 sq. ft. space will feature 50 seats and bright and modern features such as high ceilings over 30 feet tall.

Patrons who have stopped at one of Prado’s other four locations will find familiar offerings such as baked goods, small bites (waffles, salads, wraps, toasts), and 49th Parallel Coffee.

Evenings at Prado mean wine, beer, and share plates, so Surrey is in for a treat.
