Taste of the Fair: PNE Fair introduces new affordable $10 or less menu
With the start of the PNE Fair coming up very soon, we’re getting ready for our favourite part – all the fantastic food.
From August 19 to September 4, ticket holders can head on down to the fairgrounds and indulge in delicious food from dozens of our favourite local vendors.
From classic sweet treats like mini donuts to savoury creations, the PNE is the place to go for all your fair food cravings, and this year, there’s a whole new reason to head to the fairgrounds.
Taste of the Fair is a new initiative for 2023, highlighting the more affordable options available to hungry fair-goers.

Each of the participating vendors will offer special menu items for $10 or less, making it a lot easier to try out a few things while sticking to a budget.
Here are all the vendors and their special menu items included in Taste of the Fair this year:
- Rocky Point Ice Cream – One scoop of Chicago Popcorn Ice Cream for $5.24
- Curry in a Hurry – Any slider with Masala Fries for $7.62
- Slush Zone – Coca-Cola Slush: 6 flavours of icy Coca-Cola Slushies for $5.71
- Morgan’s Harbour – Spicy Beef Jamaican Patty (Meat Pie) for $7.99
- Cheese Please – The Pickler: Two pieces of garlic bread, bacon bits, melted cheddar cheese and cream cheese finished with dill pickles for price TBD
- Roasted Revolution – Hot Honey Sriracha Butter Corn for $9
- The Taco Tigre – Beef Brisket Pho Taco, $10 for 2
- West Family Fudge – Topped Caramel Apple for $7.62
- Twisted Potato Express – Double Ketchup Potato for $10
- Truckin BBQ – Pulled Pork Poutine for $10

- The Little Donut Bakery – Snack Size Little Donuts for $4

PNE Fair 2023
When:Â August 19 to September 4, 2023 (closed on August 21 and 28)
Time:Â 11 am to 11 pm
Where:Â 2901 E Hastings Street, Vancouver
Cost: $25 for adults, $16 for youth and seniors, $9 for children, and free for ages 3 and under. Save $5 on adult gate passes and $2 on youth, child, and senior gate passes by purchasing in advance online. Ride passes can also be purchased in advance.
