The PNE is holding a job fair to hire over 100 positions
The 2019 Fair at the PNE is set to make its annual return in a big way.
The PNE is looking to fill more than 100 positions at its annual job fair on Saturday, July 27, 2019.

A hiring fair for potential employees will be hosted on 10 am to 3 pm at the PNE‘s Pacific Room.

Applicants who are 19 years of age or older by August 17, are being recruited because of licensing requirements.
Candidates must be available to work during the Fair from August 17 to September 2.
Those who are interested are asked to bring their resume, wear business casual clothing, and be prepared for a 10 – 15 minute interview.
Interviews will be held on a first-come-first-interview basis, and wait times can be up to 30 minutes.
The Pacific Room is located at the west side of the Pacific Coliseum Building (PNE)

A variety of positions are available, including Bartender, Cooks (Prep & Grill), Washroom Facility Attendants, Lottery Call Centre Clerks, Gaming Attendants, Night Sweepers, Playland Cash Office Assistants, and Food and Beverage Stockpersons.
Payment for service roles begins at $14 per hour, while higher-skilled or specialized roles will pay from $14 to $18.07 an hour.
Benefits for employees include food, discounts for entry and ride passes, as well as opportunities for promotion and position transfers.
