Papi’s Seafood and Oyster Bar opened its doors earlier this month, and just a few weeks ago the beachside English Bay restaurant launched its weekend brunch menu too.
The menu at the newly-renovated eatery offers a solid selection of mostly-savoury mid-morning eats, but the Brioche French Toast topped with cream cheese and maple syrup will surely hit the spot for anyone with a sweet tooth.
Expect a classic breakfast here composed of free run eggs, potatoes, bacon, and artisanal bread, along with other traditional bites like eggs Benedicts, which come in both Bacon Jam and ‘West Coast’ confit salmon varieties.
Papi’s offers a Croque Madame Crepes with a good side of house salad, and ‘Meatballz’ with poached eggs and toast for those feeling like something hearty.
This menu, paired with a Caesar and the awesome view from Papi’s patio, will have you wishing you could start your weekend with this meal every time.
